GROUP CLASSES

​

As a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher,  I offer Group and private classes. What makes these group classes special is that they are kept to a small size with anything from 4 - 9 students. 

This means that each student gets individual attention. 

I bring 25 years of teaching experience to my classes and we all learn and grow together.

All props are provided, please bring your own mat and towel.

YOGA IS AN OPENING TO OTHERS AND THE WORLD

By practicing the postures with precision, mental strength is developed and the mind finds stability.

With regular disciplined practice the body and mind are finely tuned to bring greater physical mental and emotional health.

All group classes priced at $50 per class.

The Pranayama class is $60 per class.

These stretch the muscles, free the joints and the spine and rejuvenate the body and mind by removing tension and pain. 

They stimulate digestion, allow good functioning of the kidneys, relieve constipation and improve blood circulation

These are soothing and fight stiffness of the hips and legs.

They ease fatigue, relax the mind and help to balance blood pressure levels.
