FACING THE WALL
After I have done some leg preparatory work, the first time IÂ try Trikonasana IÂ will do so facing the wall.
This ensures that I have less distractions and can focus on the work.
BACK TO THE WALL
After facing the wall, I am usually sufficiently quietened down to keep my focus on the work and not be distracted so I go with my back towards the wall, not to lean on but as a guide for alignment.

BACK HEEL TOÂ THE WALL, COMING OUT FROM THE WALL
This time IÂ have only my outer heel on the back foot to the wall, by now i am intent on the work and not distracted at all by surroundings
